However, conventional etching solutions struggle to control emulsification for high-sensitivity UV inks, resulting in various printing troubles that contribute to decreased work efficiency and quality. "DOT Liquid N-UV" maximizes compatibility with UV ink components by carefully selecting raw materials and performing interfacial and emulsification control, achieving an optimal emulsification balance with the ink. This stabilizes printing operability, strongly suppresses printing troubles caused by glaze formation during long runs, and effectively prevents the occurrence of defective printed materials and declines in work efficiency due to roller cleaning, among other issues. Additionally, it avoids leveling defects caused by the emulsification of UV inks on the substrate, strongly preventing adhesion and drying defects, which greatly enhances quality. There is also a "DOT Liquid N-UV (E)" type that does not contain phosphorus or nitrogen components (such as ammonium nitrate) and fully complies with water quality-related regulations.
