It is shock-resistant and has excellent durability, making it widely used.
Aramid honeycomb uses ARAMID FIBER PAPER as its base material. This is shaped into a honeycomb by Showa Aircraft Industry Co., Ltd., and to further enhance its density and strength, heat-resistant phenolic resin has been impregnated. The excellent properties of aramid honeycomb, which is strong against impact and highly durable, are widely used as core material for sandwich panels. By bonding with a variety of surface panels, including composites such as glass and carbon fiber reinforced plastics, it has expanded into various applications in vehicles, ships, and leisure activities, resulting in complex and high-performance structural materials. 【Features】 ○ High density ○ Excellent corrosion and flame resistance → High-strength and heat-resistant aramid paper is shaped into a honeycomb structure and further impregnated with resin. ○ By bonding with a wide variety of surface materials, including composite materials such as prepregs, it has obtained certification from domestic and international aircraft manufacturers as a material for producing complex and high-performance structural materials.
