USB2.0 compatible motor controller easily achieves complex operations such as interpolation control.
This is a high-performance motor controller equipped with the motor control LSI "PMC842SR." It is capable of linear interpolation and circular interpolation for up to 4 axes. 【New Feature: "API Mode"】 - Online soft landing function that minimizes impact on the workpiece. - Timing output function that can be used as a trigger for camera shooting or other operations. - Arch motion that can be applied to coating control and vertical movements. - Gantry control utilizing interpolation control (sample function already implemented). 【Features】 - Speed and movement amount can be changed during operation (override function). - Supports linear and S-curve acceleration/deceleration, with asymmetric settings possible. - Capable of 4-axis synchronous start control. - Simplifies complex calculations by using an automatic pulse count calculation function necessary for operation. - Limit functions such as signal detection, deceleration stop, and emergency stop can be implemented using values set in the comparator. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
The online soft landing function is a feature that applies 2-axis interpolation control, allowing for speed reduction settings at the moment of placing materials onto a pallet or when pressing them. It can be implemented with a relatively simple configuration of about 2 steps (as noted in the sample GUI).
-
Timing output function using interpolation tables. It can manage general output according to position information, making it usable as a trigger for camera shooting or other operations.
-
Continuous interpolation control can be achieved with three parameters: target coordinates on the X-axis, target coordinates on the Y-axis, and the radius of the arch motion. It has been converted into a sample function as arch motion instead of continuous interpolation (as described in the Sample GUI). It can be applied to coating control and vertical operations, among others.
-
By applying interpolation control, the Y2 axis is set to be linked to the Y1 axis, allowing the Y2 axis to automatically follow simply by issuing commands to the Y1 axis alone. Sample function has been created (as described in the Sample GUI).
