Degreasing cleaning system using a combination of hydrocarbon-based cleaning solvents (HC solvents) and fluorine-based cleaning solvents (HFE/HFC solvents) 【Features】 ○ Economical The cleaning solvents are reused through HC and HFE distillation and separation equipment (significantly reduced solvent consumption). The expected solvent usage will be calculated and presented at the time of estimation. ○ Safe Solvents from safe Class 4 and Class 3 petroleum products with high flash points can be used. Non-cleaned items will not exceed the boiling point of the fluorine-based cleaning solvents. ○ Cleaning Precision After cleaning with hydrocarbon-based cleaning solvents with a surface tension of approximately 25 nN/m, rinsing and drying are performed with fluorine-based cleaning solvents with a surface tension of approximately 13.6 nN/m.
