Commutation Encoder AMT31 Series
The CUI AMT31 series is a robust, high-precision encoder that generates standard U/V/W signals for rectifying brushless DC motors. The AMT31 series is designed to address many issues that arise in BLDC applications. The innovative AMT platform makes the AMT31 series less susceptible to contaminants (such as dirt, dust, and oil) that encoders often encounter in industrial environments. Additionally, the AMT design simplifies the assembly process, eliminating the need to conduct back EMF, and allows various parameters such as pole count, commutation angle, and zero position to be set via a GUI or the encoder's serial interface. With an operating temperature range of -40 to +105°C, high precision, compact packaging, and low current consumption, the AMT is ideal for various fields including industrial, automation, robotics, and renewable energy.

● Ideal for brushless DC motor applications that are susceptible to vibrations, dust, dirt, and oil. ● Achieves high precision index of ±12 arcmin (±0.2 mechanical angle). The CUI proprietary One Touch Zero function significantly reduces the motor installation process time. ● Commutation output supports brushless motors with 2/4/6/8/10/12 or 20 pole pairs. 20 resolutions can be programmed within the range of 48 to 4096 PPR. ● Dimensions are 28.58 (width) x 37.25 (height) x 10.34 (depth) mm (excluding protrusions). ● Operating temperature range is -40 to +105°C. ● Current consumption at DC5V is 10mA.
