basic information
The tip diameter of 6190CA... is 4mm. When the mold pressure received at the sensor tip is transmitted to the quartz element, a charge is generated that is accurately proportional to the pressure. This charge is converted into voltage by a charge amplifier (sold separately). The surface temperature of the resin is measured by a thermocouple formed at the sensor tip using a unique method. Please use a commercially available K-type thermocouple amplifier for processing the temperature signal. The 6190CA... has the same shape as the Kistler pressure sensors 6157B... and 6177A..., but the finishing of the sensor tip of the 6190CA... cannot be performed. The cables for the pressure signal and the temperature signal are bundled together and robustly protected, with the tips connected to their respective connectors for use. Repairs through cable replacement are possible. When measuring with multiple channels or multiple molds, the 6190CAG (without connector) is used. The pressure cable connects to the multi-connector 1708B... (1-4 channels) or 1710B... (1-8 channels), while the compensation wire for temperature connects to the multi-connector temperature amplifier 2205A....
