Chemical Unit 【Overview】 Dissolves and removes resist residues and sublimates adhered to the mask surface using the recommended chemical solution. 【Preparation】 - Fill the chemical immersion tank with the recommended chemical solution. - Fill the rinse tank with pure water. 【Cleaning】 - Place the mask to be cleaned, set on a hand, into the chemical immersion tank. - Immerse in the tank for a desired amount of time to dissolve and remove the resist. - Move to the rinse tank and rinse off the chemical solution.

Scrub Unit 【Overview】 Scrub cleaning is performed using a recommended cleaning solution in combination with a cleaning brush to remove dirt such as particles attached to the mask surface. 【Preparation】 - Fill the scrub cleaning tank with the recommended cleaning solution. - Fill the primary rinse tank with pure water. - Connect pure water and drainage to the secondary rinse tank. 【Cleaning】 - Place the mask set on the hand into the scrub cleaning tank. - Move the hand up and down around the cleaning brush to perform scrub cleaning on both sides.

Dry Unit 【Overview】 The cleaned wet masks are dried using warm water lift. - Fill the warm water tank with purified water, connect the power supply, and turn on the power switch. (The purified water is circulated and simultaneously heated by the pump operation.) *Heating is adjustable up to a maximum of 70 degrees. - Once the set temperature is reached, attach the hand and operate using the control panel switch. *Lift speed: 1mm/sec
