Preventing seizure, pressure leaks, and sink marks! A new lineup has arrived for the cooling champ!
Champion Industry's "Cooling Champ" is a pipe that allows cooling to be added to thin core pins that previously could not accommodate cooling. Installation is possible from a minimum cooling hole diameter of φ2. The outer pipe can be selected from two types: screw and O-ring, allowing for optimal installation methods based on application. Two new types have been introduced: the "Super Compact Type," designed with a smaller insertion section, and the "Individual Rotation Type," where the insertion sections can rotate individually. 【Features】 ■ Installable from a minimum cooling hole diameter of φ2 ■ Choice of installation method: screw or O-ring ■ Can be ordered simultaneously with cooling fine-hole core pins ■ "Super Compact Type" with a smaller insertion section ■ "Individual Rotation Type" with rotatable insertion sections *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
