You can directly check the combustion conditions inside the engine cylinder!
The data measured through computer simulation can be verified with actual equipment (real engine). A system has been realized that allows for direct observation of the combustion state, the location of NOx generation, and its spread by installing heat-resistant reinforced glass around the cylinder at 360 degrees and on the top of the piston. With the introduction of a glass cylinder, resin-based piston rings, and a special head gasket, testing operations up to high rotational speeds are possible due to low vibrations from the balancer. The engine specifications will be designed and manufactured according to the customer's requests. 【Features】 ■ 360° observation of the combustion chamber from the glass cylinder, including vertical directions ■ Direct confirmation of combustion conditions and the spread of NOx generation ■ Acquisition of various measurement data
