A device that performs the functions of two or three roles in one unit! A crane proximity detection device with built-in distance functionality.
The "TCR Series" from Toyo Electric is a light-based proximity detection device designed to enhance safety in crane operations. The crane proximity output is available in two types: a two-system type and a three-system type, each capable of independently setting detection positions for deceleration, stopping, and alarms. Since the crane proximity detection device utilizes light waves, it does not need to comply with regulatory restrictions like radio wave systems. 【Features】 ■ Detection device with built-in distance function ■ Light-based detection device employing a reflection method for easy optical axis alignment ■ Equipped with a self-diagnosis function to enhance safety ■ Ideal for detecting the approach of a crane and stopper at the end of a travel rail ■ Useful for detecting the approach of both cranes running at high speed on the same travel rail *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
