"Non-glare printing" is a type of anti-reflective film that reduces indoor reflections (glare) by creating slight unevenness on the printed surface. It operates on principles similar to matte finishes, but is adjusted for high transparency to ensure that the visibility of displays placed on the back of the panel is not compromised. It is possible to apply non-glare surfaces partially, such as by excluding fine text areas from the printing. This technique is commonly used on display panels for LCD monitors, LEDs, fluorescent lights, and on control panels like switches and operation boards. Overview of Non-Glare Printing Structure When Using Screen Printing ■ An ink mixed with fillers (commonly spherical organic/inorganic beads) is printed onto a transparent ink resin (medium/binder) at a desired ratio. ■ Special UV-curable inks generate a non-glare surface during the curing reaction process.
