Originally, the goal was to systematize the company's operations in order to optimize the overall process as much as possible, creating a single seamless system for the entire company. However, the more we pursued this approach, the more we ended up with systems that seemed good and efficient at first glance, but from the users' perspective, there was a disconnect between the concept of overall optimization and individual tasks. The better the system, the more it sometimes led to the notion that "it's the user's fault if they can't use it." At that moment, I realized that since the system is used by "individuals," the more we tried to create a system that represented overall optimization as a single entity for the company, the more it distanced itself from the individual users' needs. Therefore, instead of focusing on the entire company's operations, we shifted our focus to the individual users. There is no such thing as a "business person"; it is the "individual" who carries out the tasks. So, we aimed to create tools that the individuals performing the tasks could actually use.
