Reduction of cleaning time and costs! Improved safety and more environmentally friendly cleaning.
We have introduced our "i3 Micro Clean" to Brinkmann GmbH, which manufactures spray cast, stamp, and form tools for the automotive, agriculture, hygiene, and medical industries. Cleaning larger items not only took about 6 hours with 2-3 people, but there were also challenges such as the cleaning agents emitting unpleasant odors and insufficient cleaning power. After the introduction, the process was completed in just 45 minutes without using chemicals. This has led to significant cost reductions and improvements in labor and the environment. 【Overview】 ■ Company Name: Brinkmann Formenbau GmbH ■ Cleaning Targets: Injection Molding Dies, Punching Tools ■ Introduced Cleaning Machine: "i3 Micro Clean" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
