The "Handa Leveler" is designed to apply a solder coat on the copper surface that forms the land area of printed circuit boards, with the aim of enhancing surface protection and wettability during assembly. The board is immersed in molten solder, and when it is pulled up, high-temperature air is blown from an air knife located above the solder tank to remove excess solder from the board holes, pad surfaces, and resist. 【Solder Leveling Process】 1: Use chemicals such as acids to remove dirt and oxide films from the surface. 2: Apply flux to the front surface of the substrate for protection of the resist area and activation of the copper. 3: Process the substrate using a solder leveling machine, including solder immersion and other solder leveling treatments. 4: Clean the flux residues and solder debris from the surface of the substrate. 5: Inspect the appearance of the solder and check for hole clogging.
