Hougetsu Industrial Co., Ltd. is a company that develops its business primarily in precision gas cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting, drilling, tapping, and machining. We respond to short delivery times and small lot sizes, providing steel plate products for construction machinery, steel frames, civil engineering, bridges, and industrial machinery and vehicles quickly. Our cutting processes utilize different methods depending on the plate thickness and processing requirements, allowing us to cut steel plates ranging from 3.2mm to 150mm into various shapes. Additionally, we accommodate a wide variety of small quantities (from one piece) to meet required sizes. "Gas cutting" involves heating the cutting start point to ignition temperature with a preheating flame, then blowing high-purity oxygen to oxidize and melt the material, and blowing away the resulting oxides to perform the cutting.
