Hōgetsu Industrial Co., Ltd. is a company that develops its business primarily in precision gas cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting, drilling, tapping, and machining. Our cutting processes can cut steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 3.2 mm to 150 mm into various shapes. We accommodate a wide variety of sizes, even in small quantities (from one piece). Additionally, we select cutting methods based on the plate thickness and processing requirements. We offer "gas cutting," which uses a flame of propane and oxygen, as well as "plasma cutting," which instantly melts the base material by directly blowing plasma-activated oxygen or air onto it. We also provide "laser cutting," where a laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator melts the metal, which is then blown away and decomposed by assist gas.
