The molding method involves feeding different resin materials from multiple extruders into a single head, extruding a layered parison, and then performing blow molding. The multilayer bottles we produce can enhance the preservation of food by incorporating barrier resins in the layers, and can also provide resistance to organic solvents. We have a wealth of experience in molding multilayer bottles such as 3 types with 3 layers and 3 types with 5 layers, and we are equipped with molding machines capable of multilayer molding with up to 7 types and 7 layers. We can also accommodate other configurations based on customer requests.
