basic information
【Structure】 ■ The rotating drum is equipped with a wire mesh and a solid discharge screw inside. ■ The screen section rotates, allowing the feed material to constantly contact a new mesh, enabling efficient separation and concentration. ■ Solids are sent to the outlet of the rotating drum by the discharge screw and expelled outside the system. ■ To prevent clogging of the wire mesh, the mesh is continuously cleaned with a washing nozzle. ■ As a special feature, a dilution water chamber is installed in the middle section of the rotating drum, allowing for washing and dewatering. ■ The feed material is dewatered in the primary separation drum, diluted again in the dilution water chamber, and then dewatered again in the secondary separation drum, resulting in cleaning. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
