Fully automatic from washing to rinsing! Recycles rinse water to significantly reduce water consumption. By inverting the wagon and washing it, residues are completely rinsed away.
The "200L Meat Wagon Cleaning Device" is a cleaning device for 200L meat wagons equipped with advanced cleaning functions developed in collaboration with KITTNER. It is a popular energy-saving model that uses a water circulation system rather than a continuous flow, resulting in reduced water consumption. The high-temperature water at 85°C used for rinsing returns to the cleaning tank, where it is adjusted to a cleaning water temperature of 50°C to 55°C with the specified detergent concentration for circulation. Additionally, by closing the hydraulic door and inverting the wagon for cleaning, it completely washes away residues. Depending on the level of dirt, the meat wagon can be cleaned in just three minutes. Since the control panel is domestically produced, maintenance is easy, and the entire process from cleaning to rinsing can be performed automatically, leading to labor savings. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with a filter to catch large dirt particles ■ Water circulation type ■ Built-in heater for hot water use ■ Cleaning by inverting the wagon ■ Made of all stainless steel SUS304 ■ Compliant with standards such as CE, EU, USDA, etc. *If you are interested, please feel free to download the PDF or contact us.

Company information
In our rare market, where a single company rarely handles all the necessary models for manufacturing, several top manufacturers compete for each model. Among them, Higashimoto Kikai offers a lineup of almost all manufacturing machines and competes on equal footing with global competitors in every model, sometimes collaborating to advance technology. On the other hand, we have made significant contributions to the improvement of international technical standards, such as donating small machines to the meat science department at Ohio State University in the United States. We continuously refine our valuable assets, which include close partnerships and exchanges with global manufacturers over many years, as well as an international perspective and information network gained through regular overseas training. The manufacturing of environmental-related equipment and welfare-related equipment also extends from the hints and knowledge acquired in advanced countries such as Germany and Sweden, among others, in that field.
