"Arrow Eco" is a new era packaging cushioning material created to protect the environment. It is made by reusing cutting scraps and old paper generated from the printing process, mixing them with corn starch and polypropylene as a binding agent, and using a unique technology to create paper cushioning through steam foaming. Since it does not contain harmful chemicals, it can be incinerated as combustible waste after use and is also reusable. Petroleum-based cushioning materials are difficult to process industrially through incineration or landfill, significantly impacting the global environment, and their use has become a social issue. As part of its efforts to protect the global environment, Yazaki is committed to this initiative. "Arrow Eco" is a new material that proposes environmental protection. It is a recycled product made primarily from high-quality paper that does not contain chlorine, which is a precursor to dioxins.
