No sprinkling snow melting system maintenance "Heat pipe pig cleaning"
Let's restore the snow melting effect through maintenance and ensure it performs effectively!
Pig cleaning of heat exchange pipes is a maintenance method for non-water-spraying snow melting systems. By passing a pig through the inside of the heat exchange pipe, scale that has adhered to the interior is expelled. Regular implementation prevents clogging of the piping. <Benefits> 1. The snow melting effect is restored! With pig cleaning, the snow melting effect from the initial installation continues. Furthermore, it extends the lifespan of aging existing pipes and improves durability. 2. Lifecycle costs are reduced! When pipes become clogged, it puts a load on the pump, shortening its lifespan. By rehabilitating the pipes, lifecycle cost reduction can be achieved. 3. No large-scale construction is necessary! There is no need for pavement removal or large-scale excavation work. JGD's pig cleaning allows for easy cleaning of the inside of the pipes. Additionally, the workspace required is compact. For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
