Producing high-purity silica material from rice husks. Only solid fuel that serves as kindling is needed. *Patent obtained!
The "Ethical Star" is a device that generates high-purity amorphous silica material from rice husks. It produces approximately 150 kg of high-purity amorphous silica from 800 kg to 1 ton of rice husks. Since the rice husks themselves burn as solid fuel during ignition, there is no need to prepare other fuels. Waste that was previously incinerated on the edges of rice fields can now be recycled as high-performance materials. 【Features】 ■ Generates high-purity silica from rice husks, which are agricultural waste. ■ Produces very little smoke or odor, allowing operation indoors. ■ Easy maintenance and upkeep. ■ The generated silica can be used in various fields. ■ Complies with fire safety regulations. ★ The silica produced from rice husks by Ethical Star is certified as organic JAS material. ★ ★ A patent for the rice husk silica generator has been obtained. ★ The patent number is 6389349. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
