Recommended for those who want a matte film with a rough surface! *Free processing case collection included.
Our company specializes in embossing plastic films. Embossing is a process that creates unevenness on the film, allowing it to have various functionalities due to the surface texture. One of the effects created by the combination of "strong biaxially oriented polyester" and "matte embossing" is a matte finish achieved through the addition of surface shape. Embossed films can address challenges such as: "The roughness of coated or matte substrates..." "Using sand matte is..." "I want to achieve a matte texture on the surface." We possess over 10 types of matte and pearlescent molds, enabling us to approach challenges from a wide range of options. Additionally, our products are compatible with coatings and blended substrates, allowing for the realization of more advanced design and functionality through the combination of "matte substrates" and "embossing." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company specializes in embossing plastic films. We excel in processing hard film substrates. We primarily perform embossing on "biaxially stretched PET," which is considered difficult to mold among films, and the embossed films are used in a wide range of applications due to their surface shapes. **Benefits of Adding Embossing (Texture) to Film Processing:** ◆ Increased surface area ◆ Reduced surface contact rate ◆ Prevention of adhesion ◆ Enhanced design quality What was not possible with flat films can now be achieved. Additionally, embossed films are utilized in various applications by leveraging their performance and functionality, including: ◆ Transfer applications to resins that utilize surface design ◆ Light diffusion through reflection and refraction effects ◆ Prevention of contact and adhesion with target objects Embossed films are used in a variety of applications.
