● Fluid Analysis This is a technology that analyzes the flow of water inside a spray nozzle on a PC. Through years of accumulated experiments and analytical evaluations, it is possible to visualize the actual performance more closely. We have conducted numerous analyses to date. Available analysis software: SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation, ANSYS CFX ● Water Flow Distribution Measurement Device Measures water flow distribution by spraying into a dedicated acrylic container for a fixed period. ● Impact Force Distribution Testing Device Continuously scans pressure sensors against the sprayed spray, allowing the calculation of impact force distribution based on the forces received by the sensors. ● Particle Size and Flow Velocity Analysis Device Particle size measurement using PDPA (Phase Doppler Particle Anemometry). This particle analysis, based on the phase principle of laser Doppler, allows simultaneous measurement of particle velocity and size. ● Particle Size Image Analysis Device After illuminating the spray with a strobe light and continuously capturing images with a CCD camera, the images are processed on a PC to determine the average particle size and particle size distribution. ● Cooling Capacity Evaluation Testing Device By heating an object embedded with thermal sensors and spraying onto it, it is possible to determine the heat transfer coefficient distribution and the average heat transfer coefficient.

○Examples of Fluid Analysis - Velocity Distribution Analysis of Air Nozzles Analyzed the differences in injection flow rates due to variations in nozzle orifice and external shapes. Compared orifices in pipe shape and Laval shape, and further examined the impact of the nozzle's external shape to optimize the nozzle design. - Honey Injection Analysis of Slit Air Nozzles Conducted analysis based on the request to create a uniform coating on the target object by injecting high-viscosity honey. Repeated analyses were performed to design a nozzle capable of injecting high-viscosity fluids as evenly as possible. - Analysis of Powder Injection Nozzles Conducted analysis for the design of a nozzle that guides powder into the nozzle using an ejector system and injects it from the tip to collide with the target object at high speed. The analysis results determined the optimal position for efficiently sucking in the powder.
