The metal and mold surface treatment device "Unifinish" reduces the polishing work required for molds by applying a two-step process, allowing anyone to easily achieve high-precision finishes. It can adjust pressure from an ultra-low 0.3 bar (0.03 MPa), enabling meticulous blast polishing that beautifully finishes the mold surface and improves release properties. (Deburring within 100 microns is also possible!) 【Features】 ■ Even metals that have undergone cutting and polishing can be finely polished. ■ Removes fine burrs created on the processed surface. ■ Cleans metal surfaces (remnants of discharge whitening layers, nitriding treatment, etc.). ■ Surface densification: Smooths out the unevenness of the metal surface where resin flows, effectively improving release properties! *The initial demonstration is conducted for free.
