The DR-BM50AD is a digital simple radio station manufactured by Alinco. A license application is required, but personal qualifications are not necessary. It is compatible with conventional UHF band analog business radios. It features dual mode communication on both digital 65 channels and analog 35 channels. With an IPX7 waterproof body, it can be safely used even in sudden rain or in water-related work environments. The 700mW high-volume speaker allows for comfortable communication even in noisy manufacturing plants or construction sites. The output switching helps minimize the impact on surrounding devices. When combined with an optional stabilized power supply, it can also be operated as a base station in manufacturing plants or construction sites. It can be used in sub-zero temperatures, making it suitable for cold storage facilities. A wide range of dedicated accessories is also available.
