Rust Remover "BR-36" - Removal of Brass Welding on First Cut Surface
For the removal of brass welded to the wire cut processing surface. This will resolve the issue of "blackening" defects in subsequent processes that could not be done after rust removal until now.
BR-36 removes brass that adheres to the cut surface of iron-based materials after the first wire cut, which cannot be completely removed by general rust removers. It does not dull the metal surface or cause discoloration to copper. Therefore, it is a new type of remover that achieves: 1. "Elimination of issues such as poor blackening in subsequent processes" 2. "Reduction of additional work such as shot blasting."

【Usage】 ■Removal of brass that adheres to the cut surface after the first wire cut ■Removal of brass before blackening wire cut work ■Removal of rust generated during wire cutting 【Instructions for Use】 1. Immerse the workpiece after the first wire cut in the solution (concentrate). Ensure that the cut surface does not contact the bottom of the container during immersion. 2. Bubbles will start to form as the solution reacts with the brass on the cut surface. Once the reaction with the brass is complete, the bubbling will subside. After treatment, the cut surface will show darkening due to the reaction products. 3. Lift the workpiece and rinse it with accumulated water.
