The shapes of metal heating elements vary. Here, we introduce some of the products we handle. 1. Round wire coil heating element This is a heating element made by spirally winding round wire. The wire diameter and outer coil diameter are set according to the heater's capacity and temperature. 2. Strip heating element A zigzag-shaped circuit is formed by alternately slitting plate-like material. By adjusting the slit width, the resistance value of the heating element is changed, allowing for precise design of heater output.
