We can manufacture products designed and shaped to match your specifications! We also produce electric furnace heaters suitable for temperatures up to 1200°C.
Our company manufactures electric furnace heaters suitable for temperatures up to 1200°C using iron-chromium-aluminum alloy (FeCrAl) among metal heating elements. These electric heating elements for industrial furnaces, which include this metal heating element, are used in various industries such as metal heat treatment, electronic components, ceramics, and chemical industries. Recently, we have received many requests for just the heating elements, and we manufacture them according to the specifications and shapes that our customers use. 【Various Heating Element Shapes】 ■ Round wire coil heating element ■ Strip heating element ■ Ribbon heating element, etc. 【Processing Technology】 ■ We handle wire diameters from φ0.3 up to a maximum of φ8.0. ■ The coil diameter (the diameter of the groove where the heating element is fitted into the insulation) is usually around φ25, but we also have experience winding round wire coil heating elements around φ200 insulation for "testing equipment heating devices." ■ There are various types of joints for connecting the heating element and the electrode rod (the wire that conducts electricity or leads), but as a result of repeated technical verification, we use joints for welding at our company.

Company information
Since its founding in 1891, we have progressed as a manufacturer specializing in refractory materials and continue to produce refractory bricks and insulators for electric furnaces. Our main products today are industrial electric heaters, and we excel in the design and manufacturing of heaters for electric furnaces that operate in harsh environments with extreme temperature fluctuations, creating them to order. Using metal heating elements, we provide electric furnace heaters that can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C, which are used in furnaces for processes such as carburizing and quenching of iron, as well as bending glass. Additionally, as a new product, we have successfully developed and commercialized a hot air generation device by combining metal heating element processing technology with ceramic insulator manufacturing technology. Our motto is to thoroughly address our customers' concerns and challenges and to stay with them until solutions are found. Based on the technology and know-how cultivated over more than 125 years of history and achievements, we are ready to assist with any inquiries related to heat.
