Cybertech Corporation has launched a service for creating training data for AI systems used in text mining. In recent times, as the promotion of digital transformation (DX) is being sought, business model reforms and operational improvements utilizing AI are progressing, and the impact on society is growing day by day. In this context, the use of AI in text mining is advancing, such as extracting necessary text information from content posted on social media and reviews, as well as from academic papers. Furthermore, with advancements in natural language processing technology, there have been remarkable improvements in AI technologies in the field of communication, including enhanced machine translation performance and the emergence of "ChatGPT." These AI systems require the preparation of large amounts of training data. At Cybertech, we have been providing annotation services for AI systems at our own offshore base, the Cebu IT Outsourcing Center in the Philippines. The service we have released this time offers annotation services for text information at a reasonable price, based on the know-how for creating training data that was also required for the AI-driven fluctuation detection and writing support engine.

By narrowing the scope of our "IT Outsourcing and BPO" business to the AI field, we will implement selection and concentration in our IT outsourcing business, improve the proficiency of local annotators, and provide more reasonable annotation services.

On the other hand, Skyarch Networks, as an independent managed service provider, supports global multi-cloud environments and offers comprehensive cloud management services, including infrastructure design, operation, incident response, security measures, and backup strategies in cloud environments. When migrating the infrastructure environment, the transfer of data previously stored on servers is also necessary.
