Oil mist removal device
1. Ultra-high performance: By rotating the RDI, the liquefaction of mist is promoted, and mist is removed. Equipped with two motors, it separates airflow for the fan and the disk, maintaining a stable air volume. 2. Collection performance in accordance with the Labor Safety and Health Act: Capable of removing dust particles with a diameter of 0.1-5 microns, which are most dangerous to the human body. Meets requirements for device structure, performance, and dust removal equipment. 3. Long-life maintenance: The RDI and mesh filter (pre-filter) reduce the load on the high-performance filter (secondary filter) and achieve a longer lifespan.

Applications/Examples of results
1. The oil mist is drawn into the main unit through the intake, and by colliding with the pre-filter (mesh filter), the particles are agglomerated. 2. The agglomerated oil mist is collected and liquefied by the RDI, and the liquefied oil mist is discharged outside through the oil discharge port. 3. The oil mist that could not be fully collected and liquefied by the RDI is captured by a high-performance filter installed at the rear of the device, capturing particles down to 0.1μm.
