Drum Mixer 【Delivery Example】 Bottom Discharge Drum Mixer

Custom-made to suit your needs! Introducing examples of drum mixer deliveries.

Here is a case study of the delivery of a "bottom discharge drum mixer." Our strength lies in "rotating commercial containers!" However, this customer requested that the mixer not be removed and that the mixed materials be received in a separate container at the bottom. Therefore, we manufactured it according to their wishes. Since the bottom is designed to receive mixed materials in a collection container, it has a considerable height, requiring a step stool or similar for material input. The input and mixing are done using an inclined position. With this specification, materials can be input from upstream, mixed, and then sent downstream, allowing for a batch continuous process to be set up as a line. We will work with the customer to tailor the usability to their specific applications.
