We would like to introduce an example of process improvement in a food factory using our custom drum mixer with detachable containers. In this case, the customer was manually feeding raw materials into the mixer and had to transfer the mixed materials to the next process using a different container, which created additional labor. In response, we proposed a process using a drum mixer, a lift cart, and a movable conveyor. This resulted in significant improvements in work efficiency and reduced burden.
