At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture bending covers made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). We cut the material and apply heat with a heater for bending processing. For industrial machinery related to the automotive sector, machine covers are often specified in polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and many of the shapes are relatively simple. We can produce them at a low cost and with a short lead time. Additionally, there are grades available for static electricity countermeasures. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is commonly used among transparent materials. In terms of cost, it is relatively low compared to other transparent materials. The panel saw (Sinks) is a material cutting machine that can cut board materials up to 100mm thick. Typically, it can cut around 45 to 50mm. We can produce even in "small lots," starting from just one piece. We can also accommodate repeat orders from single items. While we can accept mass production items (those with large quantities) that result in a higher total amount, we also respond to requests for small lots (with fewer quantities), which are often harder to accommodate.
