The "next-generation products" of intrinsically safe design combine safety support devices and safety modules for "seeing, knowing, monitoring, and blocking," allowing for the detection of dangers caused by human error (such as dry cooking, abnormal liquid levels, overheating, etc.) and anomalies. This enables the ECS system/MS Board to automatically stop liquid heating operations, thus managing liquid heating safely. The Heat Signal series is a "visual management" safety module of the ECSMS management system.

The power supply status is immediately apparent, and any phase loss or disconnection of the heater can be quickly identified.
