High bandwidth, high throughput serial bus daughter card
The FMC-PCIe expansion daughter card can be used as a PCIe root complex and provides two PCIe x4 interfaces or one PCIe x8 interface for endpoint cards equipped with standard PCIe finger connectors up to x16. This board includes two PCIe connectors on the back. There are four PCIe lanes that can be switched between the two PCIe connectors using a passive switch on the board. A 100MHz reference clock for the PCIe and FMC connectors is generated using the LVDS oscillator of the FMC-PCIe card. This board needs to be powered using an external 12V power supply with a 6-pin PCIe power connector.
