The Clean Tank System circulates the original cutting fluid between the machine tool and the reform water purification device while purifying it, ensuring the retention of high processing performance, lubrication performance, and cooling performance of water-soluble coolant cutting fluids. To provide cutting fluids with the appropriate properties required by our customers, we have formulated a cutting fluid by mixing reform water KN1 and KN3 with cutting oil in the appropriate ratios. This product is designed to be retrofitted to existing cutting and grinding machines. You will use the coolant concentrate that you are currently using. For the dilution water, please use our reform water (KN1, KN3). Before implementation, we will conduct a free analysis of the coolant to examine the effects and possibilities for improvement. You can also choose to collaborate with academia on the processing effects. 1) You will need to collect samples of the coolant solution, concentrate, and dilution water. 2) We will perform a chemical analysis of the coolant. 3) We will provide a report on the current situation and ask you to consider the possibilities for improvement. 4) You will use the reform water (KN1, KN3) in the coolant and perform a liquid exchange. 5) You will use the clean tank system as a demonstration unit to verify its effectiveness. 6) If the effectiveness is recognized, you will lease the clean tank system for use. 7) To verify the effects of usage, a consulting contract will be established, and we will work together on further processing improvements. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
