Here is a case study solved by Shin-Net Industrial. We received a request to use our "Clean Hot" product, but due to limited installation space, the customer wanted a product that could be half the length, even if the diameter was larger. Simply increasing the bending diameter of the heater would reduce the flow rate and pose a risk of overheating, so it was necessary to devise a solution for the gas flow. Based on the data from when we developed the same product, we worked on increasing the gas flow radially and creating a heater with equivalent performance.
