Long-distance transport is possible due to the pressure delivery method! Transport device equipped with an interlock circuit.
The "Asculon Shooter" is a device that automatically transports scrap generated during punching in conjunction with a press to a designated location via air conveyance. It adopts a "pressure conveying method," which is suitable for long-distance and large-capacity transport, unlike the suction method. Additionally, it allows for flexible design by extending the piping. 【Advantages】 ■ Reduces the frequency of manual scrap collection, enabling a decrease in collection labor. ■ Capable of long-distance transport (100 to 200 meters) due to the pressure conveying method. ■ Eliminates the scattering of scrap around the press, improving cleanliness. ■ The piping route utilizes dead space, ensuring that the workspace is not obstructed. ■ Equipped with an interlock circuit for safety measures during abnormal stops, such as hopper blockages or full collection containers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
