【Product Overview】 The "Asukuron Shooter" is a device that air-transports scrap and products generated during the production process through piping to a designated location. It adopts a pressure delivery method, making it capable of handling long-distance and large-volume transport. The inlet for the transported materials is covered with a hopper to prevent scattering. It can operate in conjunction with the on/off status of production equipment, and a safety design is in place where a lock activates when the collection container is full. 【Features】 ■ Reduces the labor involved in manual scrap collection ■ Capable of long-distance transport (100-200m) ■ Eliminates scattering of scrap around the press area, improving cleanliness ■ Piping routes utilizing dead space do not obstruct the workspace ■ Can be linked with equipment through an interlock circuit in case of hopper blockage or when the collection container is full ■ Reduces debris accumulation by using a high-suction type shooter (depending on mold specifications) ■ Allows for the collection of scrap in one location, forming a scrap yard ■ Can also be applied to the transport of products (quality checks for scratches and dents after test transport are necessary) ■ By using a large-diameter type, it can accommodate larger transported materials.
