Therefore, wear-resistant measures for the table liner, rollers, and separators, as well as hardfacing technology for regeneration, are required. Since the maintenance period for the PCI mill is limited, regenerating within the mill through hardfacing welding eliminates unnecessary work and reduces maintenance costs during frequent downtime. With automatic hardfacing technology that allows for simultaneous construction of three rollers or the simultaneous construction of one roller and the table liner, regeneration within the mill can be performed more easily and safely, enabling the completion of necessary maintenance within the limited downtime.
