The "Coiling Machine Type Z" is an automatic machine that can create springs simply by inputting spring drawings. By entering parameters such as wire diameter, material, tensile strength, coil diameter, number of turns, free length, and tool dimensions according to pre-registered basic shapes, it automatically generates production programs. It has been modified to prevent adjustments to the bending die's vertical position or twisting, and instead features a mechanism that adjusts the initial tension using a pitch tool.
