The electronic ignition UV irradiation device provided by ADPEC is an evolution of conventional transformer-based UV irradiation devices, featuring a new UV irradiation device equipped with an electronically controlled power unit. This product allows for dimming of the UV lamp, with a range from 10% to 100%. Therefore, during the startup of the painting line or when changing setups, it can be lit at around 10-20%, significantly reducing standby power consumption. Additionally, this product, which has multiple lamps arranged, allows for individual dimming of each lamp to control adjustments such as the gloss of the coating and the curing status of the coating.
