iPS-derived cardiomyocyte measurement system CardioExcyte 96
CardioExcyte 96
Measurement of impedance and extracellular potential of iPS-derived cardiomyocytes.
This is a hybrid cardiotoxicity screening device capable of impedance measurement and extracellular potential measurement similar to MEA. It can detect not only cardiomyocytes but also the minute contractions of cancer cells and liver cells due to the effects of compounds. ■ Simultaneous measurement of impedance and extracellular potential ■ 96-well simultaneous measurement ■ Label-free measurement ■ Long-term monitoring capability ■ Electrical pacing & optical pacing (optional) ■ Comes with an incubation system (temperature, humidity, and CO2 control) ■ Includes multifunctional and excellent data analysis and graph creation software ■ Validated human iPS cells: iCell, iCell², AXOL CM, Cardiosight-S, MiraCell Cardiomyocytes, etc. ■ Compact desktop size: W20.5 x D18 x H11.7cm / 3.5kg (main unit)

basic information
CardioExcyte 96 Analysis Workflow The typical analysis flow with CardioExcyte 96 begins with reviewing all recorded wells on the screen. Parameters such as FPD are calculated automatically, and arrhythmia events are detected. Finally, dose-response curves averaged for each administered compound are pooled and displayed alongside time course plots for each well.
