The device continuously performs etching on thin single-layer substrates such as FPC using a roll-to-roll transport method. The device consists of the following processes: unwinding (substrate loading) → laminating → etching → rinsing → acid washing → rinsing → winding (substrate peeling) → rinsing → drying → substrate stacking.
