The NDM0102 is a tri-temp handler that automatically supplies devices stored in stacked tubes, conducts electrical characteristic tests at both low and high temperature sections, and classifies and stores the devices in the tubes based on the measurement results. By equipping the main unit with temperature conditioning equipment, we have achieved a significant reduction in device size.
