The MK625 is a laser marking handler that can accommodate a wide variety of types with easy parts replacement that requires no tools. It retrieves IC strip frames stored in a magazine one by one, checks the direction and front/back, performs laser marking, and then stores them back in the magazine after confirming the marks.
