The "De-gassing Furnace (Reduction Furnace)" is a device that performs reduction treatment (de-gassing) by vertically arranging resistance heating elements and internal components within a quartz tube. It features an over-temperature prevention function to prevent abnormal heating of the heater, and an uninterruptible power supply (control system) to handle instantaneous power outages.
