Dublin's SpindleShield technology quickly alerts machine operators to abnormal leaks inside the coolant union attached to coolant-through spindles, preventing serious damage to the spindle before it occurs. The Dublin 1103-WLSB Wireless Leak Sensor Box combines the leak sensor system with SpindleShield technology. When an abnormal leak occurs within the coolant union, the detection unit sends a wireless signal to the alarm unit, immediately notifying the operator with an LED light and buzzer. *To utilize this system, a separate Dublin SpindleShield series coolant union is required.
