Non-intrusive and blockage pipe thorough cleaning. Zero risk as it does not use high-pressure water! It is effective for cleaning vertical heat exchangers and narrow spaces where ultra-high-pressure cleaning is unsuitable.
"Spin brushing cleaning" is a mechanical cleaning method that removes scale from the inner surface of small tubes using a flexible wire shaft. The cleaning device is very compact and does not require a large space like a jet vehicle. Various cleaning tools can be attached to the tip of the shaft, and cleaning water is sprayed from the center of the shaft, while the cleaning tools rotate to remove dirt from the inner surface of the small tubes through friction. [Features] - Compatible with heat exchangers with small inner diameters (φ6.4mm and above) - Capable of cleaning U-shaped sections - Reduces wastewater treatment volume - Less likely to damage tubes compared to jet cleaning *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company specializes in cleaning heat exchangers contaminated by marine organisms and hard scale. For tube-type heat exchangers, we offer services such as bullet cleaning, which involves loading a cleaner and using water pressure for cleaning, spin brushing cleaning that allows for the cleaning of U-tubes, and MM2 cleaning that penetrates tubes blocked by hard scale. Additionally, for plate heat exchangers, we provide services such as chemical cleaning conducted on-site without opening and maintenance at our factory. Furthermore, in addition to cleaning heat exchangers, our company also conducts research and countermeasure projects for marine organisms such as purple sea urchins, barnacles, and jellyfish.
